Do you have a strong background in general maintenance and take pride in keeping properties in top shape? We’re looking for a skilled and reliable Facility Maintenance Technician to join our team full-time, servicing multiple properties throughout Monroe County.
What You’ll Do:
- Perform general maintenance, including roof inspections, tenant build-outs, and ongoing property upkeep
- Tackle a wide range of tasks such as carpentry, painting, drywall, ceiling, and flooring repairs
- Support with light electrical and plumbing work (experience in these areas is a plus)
- Mentor entry-level property maintenance staff.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in general maintenance and repair
- Strong skills in carpentry, painting, drywall, ceiling, and flooring work
Bonus if you have electrical or plumbing knowledge!
Must have reliable transportation and be willing to travel between job sites in the Monroe County area.
Providing your own tools is a plus!
Must be dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
