WinnCompanies is looking for a Maintenance Technician II to join our team at Evergreen East, a 508-unit residential community located in Fairport, NY. In this role, you will perform maintenance functions in the community, including rental units, residential common areas, office, grounds, and parking lots.
Please note that the pay range for this position is $19.00 to $22.00 per hour.
