SOLAR ELECTRICIAN – Residential Installations – Long Hours, Real Work, Real Pay
If you’re looking for an easy job, stop reading.
If you want real skills, real responsibility, and real growth—keep going.
We are a rapidly growing residential solar installation company hiring Solar Electricians who can handle long hours, outdoor work, and a high-expectation crew culture. This isn’t a “show up and coast” position. We work hard, we move fast, and we build systems with craftsmanship we stand behind.
If you care about quality, integrity, and earning your place on a serious crew, you’ll fit.
POSITION: Solar Electrician (Residential)
Full-time. Long hours. Field-based.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Install residential solar PV systems (rooftop + ground mount).
Run conduit, wire PV arrays, set equipment, terminate, and troubleshoot.
Work directly with NABCEP-certified leadership.
Keep a clean, safe, organized work environment every day.
Solve real problems on real roofs, not sit behind a desk.
Deliver high-quality installations that pass inspection the first time.
WHAT THE JOB IS (HONESTLY)
Long days — early mornings, weather swings, sweaty summers, freezing winters.
High expectations — sloppy work isn’t tolerated.
Fast pace — we’re not babysitting; you’re expected to keep up and contribute.
Physically demanding — roofs, ladders, equipment lifts.
Rewarding — you see the results of your work on every jobsite, immediately.
A real crew — no drama, no complainers, no tourists. Just workers.
Paid fairly — your output dictates your value, not your talk.
If any of that bothers you, this isn’t the job.
WHAT WE OFFER
Competitive pay based on competence (not time served).
Steady work — we’re booked solid.
Leadership from electricians and installers who actually know what they’re doing.
Growth path: Installer → Electrician → Lead → Project Manager.
Training from NABCEP-certified pros.
Work outside, with a crew that pulls its weight.
A sense of pride when the homeowner flips the switch and sees your work come alive.
REQUIREMENTS
Residential electrical experience preferred (licensed/unlicensed OK if skilled).
Solar experience is a plus; willingness to learn is mandatory.
Must be reliable — if you can’t show up on time, don’t apply.
Able to lift 60+ lbs and climb ladders/roofs safely.
Valid driver’s license + transportation.
Integrity, work ethic, teachability.
Zero tolerance for laziness, excuses, or drama.
PAY
Based on skill level and output.
Paid weekly.
Overtime potential.
(Be prepared to back up what you say you can do. We test, not guess.)
