Looking for someone with painting skill AND a desire to expand their areas of expertise into woodworking and residential construction and renovations. Will happily train the right person and you can expect to be paid more and more as your value to the company increases. There is a lot of room for growth. There is no ceiling.
We are a small, very well established, residential GC company that does only the highest quality work, mostly on the East side of city and East side suburbs We also have a full woodworking shop. You will help with trim work, demo, tiling, and all areas of remodeling as well as painting/finishing.
You will need a positive attitude, dependability, honesty. You need to enjoy people and take pride in your work.
LOWEST starting wage for a STRONG candidate would be $25-$30 hr. We are also willing to train a good person. That wage would be based on experience and increase as rapidly as your skills do.
