Work with, and potentially lead teams in a fast paced environment painting apartments, hallways, and other facilities at multiple properties in the Rochester area.
Ideally, we are looking for people that have experience in the trade (3-5 years or more preferred), and a proven ability to lead. That said, I am willing to have a conversation with anyone that feels that they can contribute and learn. You will need to come to the table with the willingness to learn and work well with others. Starting pay is negotiable and based on experience. Full benefits package for full time employees.
