ENTRY LEVEL, PART TIME. Monday through Friday. In order to provide the highest level of efficiency to our maintenance team, you should be able to do or be willing to learn the procedures necessary for the following:
Perform minor building, HVAC, plumbing, electrical and painting repairs as necessary to the motherhouse facility, equipment, grounds and properties.
Accept, prioritize and complete work orders for requested repairs.
Assist with preventative maintenance measures.
Perform general maintenance of electrical systems (replace switches, light bulbs and sockets).
Maintain heating, ventilation and plumbing systems to ensure functionality.
Perform manual repairs when necessary (fix locks, replace windows etc.).
Conduct general maintenance procedures (e.g. landscaping, snow removal) and other tasks as assigned (carpentry etc.).
Good communication and ability to work with our team. On a rotating basis will perform on call for off hour work. Must be reliable and organized. The goal is to maintain our facility, grounds and properties in the best possible condition. High school graduate plus some training in a relevant field.
