Seeking a flexible, hands-on property manager to oversee eight long-term and mid-term rental units in the Rochester area. This is a part-time, ad-hoc role ideal for someone who enjoys variety and takes pride in professionalism.
Responsibilities include:
Mowing lawns and basic landscaping
Changing HVAC filters and performing light repairs
Coordinating move-ins and showings
Meeting vendors (plumbers, electricians, etc.) to provide unit access
Addressing tenant issues promptly and professionally
Details:
$500 monthly retainer; some months—especially in winter—may have little to no work
Flexible schedule; tasks assigned as needed
Must have basic tools and reliable transportation
Strong communication skills and professional tenant interaction required
