We are seeking a skilled and proactive Roofing Foreman to lead and oversee residential roofing projects. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of roofing systems, strong leadership capabilities, and the ability to manage multiple crews effectively. This role is responsible for making sure that projects are completed safely, on time, within scope, and in accordance with quality standards.

Key Responsibilities Include:
-Project coordination.
-Manage daily field operations, including multiple crews and subcontractors.
-Troubleshoot on-site challenges and provide real-time solutions.
-Order material and transport to job sites as needed.
-Provide regular updates on project status.
-Be point of contact at job sites and maintain client satisfaction.
-Maintain safety standards.
Qualifications:
-High school diploma or GED
-Strong verbal and written communication skills.
-Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
-Ability to walk rooftops and construction sites.
-Capable of lifting 50+ lbs. and working in various weather conditions.
-Willingness to travel between job sites as needed.
