Washing Equipment Technologies is seeking an experienced car Wash Service Technician to service accounts. Washing Equipment Technologies provides a full, factory training program online. Technicians are trained on all aspects of the technical features of the equipment and will work with customers from installation, start-up, and ongoing maintenance to provide personalized service. Also, company vehicle, company uniforms, lap-top and cell phone are provided. Daily travel within the service area is required, with compensation for daily/weekly on-call responsibilities and meal reimbursement as applicable.
Responsibilities:
- Performs quality service work on all vehicle wash equipment and accessories, including trouble shooting of electrical, electronic, and mechanical problems to provide customer satisfaction
- Develops and maintains rapport with our customer base and partners with the customer to make beneficial recommendations regarding the technical maintenance of their state-of-the-art equipment
- Ensures all information is entered into the Washing Equipment Technologies computer system per training requirements
Job Requirements:
- Prefer technical school education
- 3-5 years electrical experience
- Strong verbal interpersonal / customer relation skills
- The ability to work overtime
- Have a valid driver's license
