I own a growing portfolio of rental properties totaling approximately 60 units and am looking for a reliable, hands-on Maintenance Technician to join my team. This is a dynamic role that involves a variety of tasks including:
Daily maintenance requests (plumbing, electrical, light carpentry, etc.)
Renovation work for vacant units
Troubleshooting and problem-solving on the go
You should have broad experience across multiple trades, be self-motivated, and take pride in quality work. Strong communication skills, dependability, and efficiency are essential.

Requirements:
Experience in residential maintenance (multi-family preferred)
Own tools and valid driver’s license
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
