Daily maintenance requests (plumbing, electrical, light carpentry, etc.)
Renovation work for vacant units
Troubleshooting and problem-solving on the go
You should have broad experience across multiple trades, be self-motivated, and take pride in quality work. Strong communication skills, dependability, and efficiency are essential.
This position offers long-term potential: for the right person, there’s room to grow with increased responsibilities and pay as I expand my portfolio, if desired. I value initiative and reliability
Requirements:
Experience in residential maintenance, and/or renovations.
Own tools and valid driver’s license
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
