Job Details As the Project Manager for Business Development at Catholic Health, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing projects that drive growth and enhance our operational capabilities within the organization. This position involves leading cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of initiatives that align with our strategic goals. You will engage with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers and community organizations, to foster collaboration and support project objectives. Your project management expertise will be essential in coordinating efforts, managing timelines, and delivering results that contribute to our organization’s mission of providing exceptional healthcare services. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring alignment with the organization’s strategic goals. - Coordinate and facilitate collaboration among cross-functional teams to effectively meet project milestones. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers and community organizations, to support project success. - Prepare and deliver presentations and reports to stakeholders on project progress, outcomes, and strategic initiatives. - Monitor project performance and progress, providing regular updates to stakeholders and implementing improvements as needed. Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in healthcare management, business administration, or a related field. - Project Management Professional (PMP)certification is preferred. - Minimum of 4 years of experience in project management, preferably within the healthcare industry. - Strong understanding of healthcare operations and business development strategies. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively influence stakeholders. - Proficient in project management software and tools. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions. - Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Salary Range USD $92,000.00 - USD $103,000.00 /Yr. This range serves as a good faith estimate and actual pay will encompass a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience. The salary range or rate listed does not include any bonuses/incentive, or other forms of compensation that may be applicable to this job and it does not include the value of benefits.
