Candidates must be in title or on the approved Senior Typist Civil Service list; if not, the candidate will be appointed provisionally and be required to take the exam once announced and score in the top three
Ability to work in a fast-paced office and maintain confidentiality
Detailed oriented; must be able to manage and track tasks
Strong communication and organization is a must
Candidates must be able to multitask and complete all responsibilities in a timely manner.
Applicants should have experience providing customer/client service and be able to multitask while remaining flexible and dependable
Applicants should have strong computer skills, strong collaborative work skills, strong written and oral communication skills and organizational skills
Full-time, 12-month position
Salary per CSEA contract
