Then CareGivers in Schenectady NY is looking for someone just like you!Job Opening:Personal Care Aide – must be certified PCA, HHA, or CNABranch:Schenectady, NYJob Location(s):Schenectady NY areaAvailable Shifts:Daytime Shifts – 2-4 hours per client, may see 2-3 clients per shift depending on shift length – weekdays. Travel time between clients is paid.Hourly Rate:$17.55 / hourClients homes may have pets (we can ask the client to put the pet in a crate or another room during the visit).Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license required– running errands/shopping for clients is part of the job (paid mileage), casework is often short shifts grouped together and requires driving from case to case (travel time is paid).If you have had at least 3 months of previous caregiving experience in the last three years, you may qualify to become a PCA through our free one-day alternative competency training class.

Must be a certified PCA, HHA, or CNA

Will transition CNA to HHA with a free one-day class

Qualified nursing students can work for us as HHA’s – ask us how!

If you have had at least 3 months of previous caregiving experience in the last three years, you may qualify to become a PCA through our free one-day alternative competency training class. Ask us how!

Must be caring, dependable, & must meet health requirements

Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license required

Must be 18 or older
