Job TitleParts Planning Data Administrator Pay: $23 - $28/hr (Depending on experience)DescriptionThe Parts Planning Data Administrator is primarily responsible for the accurate, timely maintenance of ERP Planning attributes and associated reports/metrics. This person must be able to intake requests – primarily related to ERP attribute updates needed – from dozens of users in a complex organization, prioritize the work, and ensure that all requests are responded to in a timely manner. They must also learn and understand the significance of the data they are maintaining so that they can problem-solve issues and develop new data insights. This is a unique role that is central to the efficient function of a parts planning team responsible for the global inventory of wind turbine service parts.Responsibilities-Administer and maintain accurate data in an Oracle ERP system-Follow up with responsible peers to ensure that data entry is completed in a timely and accurate manner -Interact frequently with the Information Technology team to resolve problems/errors-Collaborate with the Information Technology team to create or modify existing database reports and tools-Present data insights to managementRequirements-Minimum 2 years’ experience with ERP systems; Oracle preferred-Experience using complex database systems-Proficient with Excel and Outlook; strong overall computer system skills-Strong oral and written communication skillsDesired characteristics-Responsive and communicative-Highly organized-Experience creating data-based reports and presentations-Experience with Tableau, SQL, and/or Oracle-Supply chain experienceLocation-Schenectady, NY (on-site) preferred-Exceptional remote candidates consideredAs part of our promise to talent, Kelly supports those who work with us through a variety of benefits, perks, and work-related resources.
