Description We are in search of a Payroll Manager/Director to join our team. In this role, you will be tasked with overseeing and managing our organization's payroll functions, ensuring they are executed accurately, on time, and in accordance with government regulations. Responsibilities: Implement, maintain, and review payroll processing systems for the timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions. This includes salaries, benefits, garnishments, taxes, and other deductions. Ensure the accurate and timely processing of payroll updates. This includes handling new hires, terminations, and changes to pay rates. Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports of all payroll transactions. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll, wage, and hour laws and best practices. Facilitate audits by providing necessary records and documentation to auditors. Identify and recommend updates to payroll processing software, systems, and procedures. Supervise and direct the payroll team to ensure efficient operation. Utilize various software and systems such as ADP - Workforce Now. Administer 401k - RRSP Administration, Accounting Functions, and Auditing.Requirements Minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll management Proficiency in ADP Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise extreme discretion Excellent problem-solving/judgement skills, and high level of attention to detail and accuracy Strong organizational skills, and the ability to work under pressure Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks and meet all deadlines.Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
