Req Number 141594One of our high profile clients is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Business Administrative Assistant to support our Business Analyst in managing various administrative and financial tasks within our powerplant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling invoice entries, accruals, inventory reconciliation, and other accounts payable (AP) activities. Additionally, this role will involve general office administrative duties and paperwork management.Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Business Analyst with entering invoices into the Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) system.
Perform invoice accruals and assist with Purchase Order (PO) accruals.
Conduct inventory reconciliation and manage related documentation.
Support accounts payable processes and ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices.
Handle general office administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and document management.
Coordinate office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies, including hosting company events, managing office supplies, ensuring stock levels, and ordering lunch.
Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and other business documents as needed.
Provide administrative support to other team members as required.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration or accounting are a plus.
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
Familiarity with EAM systems and accounts payable processes.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
