AHRC NYC is seeking an Employment Case Manager for their Staten Island Employment Business Services (EBS) Pathway to Employment Program. See additional Benefit information below.SCHEDULE: Monday–Friday, 9AM–5PM (35 hours/week), with occasional evenings and weekends for recruitment events.RESPONSIBLITIESCoordinate and conduct person centered services for people enrolled in Pathway to Employment and Community Based Prevocational servicesConduct individual (one-on-one) and group activities for program participants with focus on discovering and developing individual strengths related to employment skillsProvide excellent customer service to participants and community partnersDevelop and maintain relationships with funding sources, service providers, schools, training sites, employers, participants, and familiesEnsure compliance with program requirements and regulations
