Job Description:
MUST HAVE 5 years+ construction skilled trades - Do not need experience with all trades but the more the better (plumbing ,carpentry, HVAC, electrical, roofing, ETC.)
Purchase and order parts required for construction projects.
Ability to manage people
Experience in the coordination and managment of techniciansmaking sure they can managne and coordiate their daily activies, they have the equipmetn they need, get out of the facility and on their way to jobs on time, etc.
