This includes ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and improving efficiency of departmental processes. This role involves managing cross-functional teams, meeting deadlines, and delivering solutions that enhance business outcomes. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Access and monitor Enrollment and Intake data, stream lining processes and checking for accuracy and potential information gaps.

Develop project scopes, goals and deliverables aligned with business objectives

Create detailed project plans and schedules from execution to completion.

Coordinate cross-functional teams, including Enrollment, Intake, IT and operations.

Analyze existing workflows and recommend improvements

Implement innovative solutions to enhance efficiency

Other assignments and duties as needed.

Required: Bachelors’ degree in related field degree

Preferred: one year project manager or MLTC experience

This is a term position (more than 1 year) with an initial appointment to last at least 13 months but may be extended up to a total of nine years. This term appointment is in support of the Great American Outdoors Act (GAOA), National Parks and Public Lands Legacy Restoration Fund (LRF).
