We are seeking an aspiring Executive with strong analytical capability to join our Office Capital Markets & Investment Services team. The role, based in Sydney CBD, will be pivotal to the delivery of Commercial real estate transactions and provide exposure across the full property campaign lifecycle, including market research, financial analysis, submissions, coordinating campaign marketing material, property inspections and buyer enquiries.  The scope of the role will include: Prepare high-quality marketing and sales submissions, information memorandums, due diligence materials, buyer reports and other transaction documentation. Provision of financial / cash flow modelling for commercial assets and compilation of information for use in submissions, pitches, and information memorandums.  Research and analysis of relevant market information / intelligence. Coordinate data collection, information verification, and document management to ensure accuracy and compliance throughout the sales process. Prepare client progress reports on campaigns and attend client meetings.
