We are looking for a Software Engineer to join our Connect division. The Symbio Connect division works with the world’s leading software platforms and communication providers, with customers including Google, Microsoft, and Cisco.Reporting to the Lead Software Engineer, this role is responsible for designing, maintaining, and supporting our next generation platforms.  This is a full stack, hands-on role that will be developing new features for our customers which meet the needs of our business. Your role will involve building with best practices and resiliency in mind, adhering to agile processes and dealing with business and technology stakeholders.There is an expectation that this role is part of the teams after hours support roster (level 3), which is rotated weekly for production critical platforms.What you'll do as a Software Engineer:Solution, develop, deploy and support well architected code in our microservice based rating platformEnsure code is adequately testedEnsure appropriate consideration is given to testing, security, stability, reliability, and monitoring of codeDrive technical decisions and directions within the team and across platformsOwn end to end delivery of teams products/platformsWork in a team environment; collaborate with internal stakeholders and customersInvest time in learning new technologies
