Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Customer Success Specialist in the insurance industry based in Syracuse, New York. The role will primarily involve managing commercial insurance client accounts, assisting with customer inquiries, and ensuring smooth operations within the workplace.Responsibilities: Engage with customers to resolve inquiries and provide necessary assistance. Manage and maintain customer accounts to ensure accurate records. Process customer credit applications with precision and efficiency. Provide comprehensive summaries of insurance, schedules, and proposals for clients. Handle the renewal of accounts and issuance of insurance certificates. Utilize specific software such as ADP - Financial Services, Avaya CMS, CRM, and Epic Software for various tasks. Assist customers with their needs, including answering inbound calls. Perform billing functions as needed. Utilize knowledge of insurance markets, rating, and underwriting procedures in daily tasks. Show willingness to learn and use the Applied Systems Agency Management System. Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer success or related role Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services Experience with Avaya CMS and CRM Familiarity with computer programs and Epic Software Knowledge of 'About Time' software Experience in answering inbound calls Proven ability to assist customers and handle benefit functions Experience with billing functions Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently and in a team High level of professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems.
