Description:
Responsible for oversight of project on schedule and within budget. - Examines construction documentation including drawings, schedules, and scopes to ensure completeness and accuracy. - Reporting and documentation. - Project Manager has financial responsibility of the project; cost forecasting, subcontractor, material and vendor control. - Management of the owner and subcontractor change order process. - Relationships with clients, potential clients, subcontractors and vendors to help develop new opportunities. - Plan, schedule and administer project meetings with client, subcontractors, vendors and field personnel. - Management of the construction submittal and approval process
