Financial Management Unit Specialist - Full Time - Days

OverviewTo support the mission of Helio Health, Inc., theFinancial Management Unit Specialist(Representative Payee) is responsible for the day-to-day interaction with patients and managing their personal budgets. The successful candidate will be great with money management and possess excellent customer service skills. This is aFull-Time (days)position working out of Helio Health’s Financial Management Unit . Pay rate: $19.76 - $21.36 per hour. In addition to Helio Health’s comprehensive benefits package, this position is eligible for aSign-On Incentiveup to$1,500!Responsibilities

Manage patients and other assigned individuals’ budgets and spending disbursements in accordance with Social Security Income Guidelines.

Coordinates services with external case managers, managed care operators, licensing, funding, and contracting agencies.

Provide excellent customer service to patients/residents, internal and external community agencies and organizations.

Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Minimum High School Diploma or GED required.

Prior experience with money management and planning/budgeting in a professional setting preferred.

Strong knowledge of basic math such as addition, subtraction and percentages.
