Local Property Management Company seeking Full Time Experienced Painter
Main Job Duties:
• Apartment Turnovers – prepping, painting, repairing and cleaning units to be move-in ready
• Landscaping, weed-eating, snow shoveling and salting, grounds clean up
Qualifications:
• Ability to report to work on time and perform duties of the job for an entire workday
• Must have at Least 5 years of Residential and/or Commercial Painting Experience
• Possess general tools
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds
• Valid driver’s license
• Must have dependable transportation – Truck/Van a Plus
• Criminal background check and drug test
• Ability to work outside and regularly exposed to all weather elements including extreme cold or heat, rain, sleet and snow
• Constant need to be on feet, bend, kneel, stoop, squat, push or pull, reach above shoulders, climb stairs/ladders inside and outside, shoveling, lifting and carrying
• Must be able to travel between properties
• Must be able to Follow Directions, work alone and with a crew
