ABOUT THE ROLE
We remodel bathrooms every day — tile, demo, carpentry, waterproofing, framing, shower builds, and all the standard interior work that goes into a real bathroom remodel.
We’re looking for balanced candidates or those that show great promise with skills they can learn on the job. For instance, we like:
People with tiling OR some bathroom experience already
OR solid helpers ready to learn with a good attitude
OR general remodelers with a mix of skills that can be developed
If you have strong tiling and shower building experience, say so — those skills move you up the pay scale. I’d lead with that info.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
Different jobs require different skills. Depending on your ability, you’ll work on:
Demo and cleanouts to start
Tile work (floors, walls, showers)
Waterproofing and prep
Basic framing & carpentry
Hanging/finishing drywall
Vanity/sink/shower installs
Painting, trim, finishing details
General assistance on bathroom remodels
We can train where needed — but attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn are required.

$30/hr+ depending on skills
Higher pay available for those with clear, proven bathroom/tile ability
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Hours: Typically 7AM–5PM
Occasional shortened days depending on job pace
30–40+ hrs/week depending on skill level and job schedule
