Administration Assistant

Cedar Park Group is seeking an Admin. Asst. to join our fast-growing workplace. This role requires a high level of loyalty, integrity, and experience in building construction.

Responsibilities:

Organize and coordinate office operations and procedures to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency.

Assist front desk personnel and cover the position when necessary.

Serve as the point person for building maintenance.

Distribute incoming faxes and mail to appropriate personnel.

Prepare credit applications for vendors.

Manage American Express and Visa payments for vendors on projects.

Book hotel and travel arrangements for superintendents working out of town and other personnel as needed.

Maintain and order office supplies.

Assist with the maintenance of certified payroll for projects.

Assemble paperwork for completed projects.

Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum of a two (2) year college education preferred.

2-3 years of experience in construction office administration or related field.

Team player with the ability to work independently, analyze data, multitask, and have strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal.

Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook/Excel/Word/ and Publisher, intermediate level-spreadsheets

Knowledge of office management and administrative systems and procedures.
