Be able to perform safe and efficient maintenance, installation, and repair of ALL types of heating (hydronic, steam, forced, radiant, heat pumps, and electric) systems, ventilation (HRV & ERV's,) systems, and air conditioning systems in a residential and light commercial setting.
Manage and develop a team of technicians with technical help on the job and via phone to ensure that services meet company and industry standards and regulations.
Ensure service-related projects are quoted to customers quickly and within budget.
Be able to assist with estimating equipment installation according to company standards.
Be on-call rotation to assist with customer serviceability.
Be proficient with computers, ipad, phones, and other office equipment.
Be able to muiti-task and juggle multiple priorities
Be able to coordinate with estimator and office staff for essential business operation issues that may arise.
Strong leadership and management skills, excellent customer service and sales skills.
