Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Sales Support role in Tarrytown, New York. The selected candidate's role will primarily revolve around driving recruitment for our program, maintaining databases, and representing the program at community events. This role is situated within the education industry.Responsibilities: Drive recruitment and enrollment for the program, targeting and engaging potential candidates. Maintain and update databases accurately, ensuring all candidate information is up to date and easily accessible. Manage and monitor waitlists for the program, ensuring all interested parties are contacted as spaces become available. Represent the program at community events, engaging with potential candidates and promoting program benefits. Collaborate closely with family advocates to represent the program and encourage enrollment. Engage with various community spaces, centers, and libraries to promote the program and encourage enrollment. Utilize communication skills to effectively engage with potential candidates and answer any inquiries they may have. Leverage skills in ADP - Financial Services, ADP Workforce Now, ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode, Careerbuilder, CRM, About Time, Applicant Track System, Background Checks, and Benefit Functions to carry out responsibilities.
