For more information visit: www.gpinet.comResponsibilities:Ensure construction work is performed per contract documents, specifications, and applicable codes and standards
Make sure that construction work is performed in a safe manner, completed on schedule, and within budget
Review and ensure daily narratives, daily labor, and time and material reports are completed accurately and on a timely basis
Coordination of construction work with facility operations, maintenance, other contractors, and other stakeholders
Review contract drawings for constructability, staging, and logistics
Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or closely related field
Licensed Professional Engineer is required, and an ASCE V
15+ years of experience in multi-discipline transportation construction projects, with extensive experience managing construction work for public agencies such as the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, MTA agencies, NYCDOT, NYSDOT, etc.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office, Primavera, Site Manager, and/or other contract management
