Your responsibilities include:
Create an excellent atmosphere and buying experience for our customers.
Create, meet, and exceed sales goals on a monthly basis.
Establish rapport and maintain open lines of communication throughout the sales process.
Be a liaison between the customer and all departments.
Conduct comprehensive walk-through presentations with customers.
Obtain contact information and maintain communication with potential buyers until their needs are met.
Take part in our continuing education and training cycle through morning meetings and scheduled vendor training.
Attend RV shows (2-3 times annually)
Most Important - Have fun while selling dreams!To be successful you will need:
High School Diploma, minimum; College Degree, a plus
3+ years of proven work experience in a customer relations/sales related background, highly preferred
Previous sales experience is not required. We will consider any individual that possesses the innate skill set and drive to succeed
Valid NYS driver's license, upon hire and throughout employment.
Ability to successful complete pre-employment background check and drug screening
Excellent communication ability
Proficient computer literacy
Professional appearance and attitude are a must
Valid State License & Clean Driving Record RequiredSalary Description
