We’re seeking a Senior Administrative Business Partner (Legal and Therapeutics) to join our mission to improve human health and quality of life through the development, distribution, and application of advanced computational methods.As a member of our Legal and Therapeutics groups, you’ll facilitate the operational and administrative needs of drug developers and in-house counsel. What you’ll do:
Support day-to-day administrative operations of attorneys and legal professionals who focus primarily on our Therapeutics business as well as Intellectual Property, Employment, and Compliance functions
Develop, implement, and oversee processes to facilitate and track workflows for various Therapeutics contracts, including work orders, statements of work, consulting agreements, clinical site agreements, vendor agreements, patent formalities, and related documents, from intake to signature
Draft/prepare NDAs and other high-volume contracts
Manage legal records
Research Employment and Compliance law
Prepare templates for employment-related documents
Plan, manage, and oversee various special projects, ensuring the smooth execution of legal presentations, discussions, and events
Provide backup for other legal operations professionals as needed to ensure consistent coverage
What you should have:
A minimum of five years of experience in a support role for life sciences attorneys at a large law firm or in-house with a biotech, pharmaceutical, or life sciences company
Familiarity with legal research and Practical Law
Experience with technologies like Google Suite, DocuSign, Box, Asana, Notion, Trello, etc.
Four year degree preferred

Actual compensation package is dependent on a number of factors, including, for example, experience, education, degrees held, market data, and business needs.
