Location: Utica, NY Category: Other Posted On: Wed Sep 18 2024 Job Description: Perform a wide range of generalist duties across the entire employment life cycle. From recruitment, personnel transactions, personnel training, and any other generalist duties as needed. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of a broad array of Human Resources matters.

Assist with completing day to day personnel matters including but not limited to working with employees on personnel transactions.

Provide customer service for all employees

Training and development: Assist with the development and implementation of training programs, and reviewing compliance with training requirements

Tracking performance evaluations

Special Projects

Other reasonable duties as assigned.

This position is temporary.Salary: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour / 20-25 hours a week. Job Requirements:Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in human resources management or a related field from a college or University accredited by the US Department of Education or internationally recognized accrediting organization AND a minimum of two to three years of professionally responsible experience.

Demonstrated knowledge of the principles and practices of personnel administration.

Demonstrated proficiency using Microsoft Office.

Excellent oral and written communication skills
