Description We are on the lookout for an Administrative Assistant within the Real Estate Property/Facilities Management industry. The role is based in Watertown, Massachusetts, United States, and offers a short-term contract employment opportunity. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for a variety of administrative and customer service tasks, including answering inbound calls, maintaining accurate customer records, and managing data entry.Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service through answering inbound calls and responding to customer inquiries. Maintain and update customer records to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Process data entry tasks and manage electronic correspondence. Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) to complete administrative tasks and manage appointments. Handle both inbound and outbound calls professionally. Contribute to the smooth running of the office by performing other administrative tasks as needed. Requirements Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint Experience with answering inbound and making outbound calls Strong customer service skills and ability to handle customer inquiries Proficiency in data entry tasks with attention to detail Ability to efficiently manage email correspondence Experience in scheduling appointments and managing calendars Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task Familiarity with the real estate or facilities management industry is a plus High school diploma or equivalent required; higher education or certifications a bonus. The NP or PA is an Advanced Practice Generalist who provides a wide range of health services, including urgent and emergent evaluation of episodic and chronic problems; and comprehensive, integrated primary health care which addresses a majority of the client\'s health care needs on an ongoing basis. The NP or PA is knowledgeable in the assessment, treatment and evaluation of a comprehensive range of health care problems; emergency measures; preventive health; prescribing medications and other treatments; ordering, conducting, interpreting laboratory, diagnostic studies and procedures; and patient and family education utilizing community, social, and health resources. The NP or PA maintains knowledge of current practice, acts as role model and mentor to others, acts as client advocate, and participates in professional activities at local and state level.
