If so, our Temporary part-time opening for an Employee Services Coordinator may be for you!As one of our Employee Services Coordinators , you will be responsible for auditing and processing tuition reimbursement applications for our valued EdAssist clients. Our ideal candidate will be highly motivated, a self-starter (as this is a fully remote position), and will be able to manage multiple clients with relative ease.The Employee Services Coordinator opening is Temporary part-time and will work on a 4 month basis as a temporary position.What you will be doing:

Act as an independent reviewer to ensure policy compliance.

Follow the tuition policy of all our corporate clients.

Proof grades and receipts against submissions and client requirements.

Ensure appropriate tuition discount is applied to invoices prior to submission for payment.

CRM Processing of Cases and Help tickets submitted by employees.

What we hope you will bring to this role:

A minimum 2 years of customer service.

Auditing experience and a BS/BA degree preferred.

High level of computer proficiency is essential.

Must possess strong interpersonal, as well as verbal and written communication skills.

Strong attention to detail.

Proven ability to learn and utilize proprietary software and reporting tools.

Ability to work in a fast-paced and highly dynamic environment.

This position is Temporary part-time and will work on a 4 month basis as a temporary position.
