The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, efficient, and able to handle diverse maintenance challenges.Perform high-quality painting work on interior and exterior surfacesExecute general maintenance and repair tasks, including basic carpentry and plumbingPrepare surfaces for painting, including cleaning, sanding, and applying primerMix and match paint colors to meet specific requirementsMaintain and organize tools and equipmentIdentify and report any major maintenance issues to managementAdhere to safety procedures and maintain a clean work environmentRespond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional mannerAssist with other maintenance tasks as needed
