You are a commercially driven leader with strong emotional intelligence and experience in a complex, customer-facing environment. You know how to lead at scale, stay close to the business and bring different stakeholders together to make things happen.You combine strategic thinking with a hands-on leadership style and understand what it takes to run a high-profile location where brand experience, operations, hospitality and commercial performance must come together every day.On top of this, you bring:At least 10 years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality, events or other branded customer environmentsStrong in-store experience, with time spent close to the shop floorProven experience leading a flagship, multi-floor or otherwise complex, high-volume locationA strong track record in commercial performance, operational excellence and people leadershipExperience working with multiple stakeholders across different functionsThe ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and turn ideas into executionHigh emotional intelligence and a leadership style that builds trust, ownership and collaborationExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsFluency in English; Dutch is a plus, but not required
