Head of Sport Brand Partnerships

You will own several key sports brand relationships, delivering long-term planning and strategy, and acting as a centre of excellence for the commercial team in assigned brands and categories. You will support the Group Head of Sports Brand Partnerships and the Chief Brand Officer, creating sports brand partnerships across Group. As part of the Sports Brand Partnership team, you will work collaboratively, within a responsibility matrix where you will be expected to both lead and support on brand relationship development and management activity, as directed by the Group Head of Sports Partnerships and Chief Brand Officer, supported by a Brand Partnerships Manager.Managing and nurturing ongoing relationships with assigned brands, acting as lead point of contact at defined levelsLeading on long-term strategy for assigned brandsRegularly meeting with brand representatives to discuss performance, address challenges and promote collaborationDeveloping a deep relationship and understanding of portfolio brands goals, positioning and market needs to drive mutual successIdentifying and managing key strategic priorities for each brand to ensure alignment with business objectivesDeveloping operational scorecards in alignment with the Group Head to track performance against monthly KPI’sCollaborating with the Commercial team to develop and communicate seasonal budgets for each brandSupporting the Group Head with strategic brand negotiations and leading own brand portfolio for LT. Supporting the wider commercial team on seasonal negotiationsAccountable for cross functional project and initiative implementationOwning financial performance tracking and reporting for top 10 and assigned own brand portfolioSupporting product distribution strategies that aim to optimise access and range developmentDriving dialogue with the commercial team to ensure the right product mix is available at the right timeSupporting 360 reviewsCreating frameworks and processes to standardise ways of workingOwning market place analysis and reportingLeading and developing Brand Partnership Managers. Supporting Commercial Manager development, setting clear goals, expectations and performance standards
