You own the operational flow of your hub — keeping picking, packing, and delivery running efficiently and to the standard our customers expect;You take charge of all Safety and Compliance topics – regarding food hygiene, labour law compliance, and safety aspects;You report directly to your City Manager, together with 7-10 other Hub Managers;You lead, coach, and develop your Hub leadership team (Shift Leads and Ops Associates+);You take full responsibility for the customer experience in your hub, ensuring orders go out correctly and on time, every time;You recruit, onboard, and train new pickers and riders, making sure they’re set up to work efficiently and safely from day one;You manage scheduling for your entire team, ensuring the right coverage at the right times without letting operations slip;You build a culture within your hub where people feel ownership over their work, support each other, and show up motivated;You are hands-on and stay close to the operation — picking, packing, and inbounding are part of your day too.
