We are looking for a Managing Director to take overall responsibility for the leadership, commercial development, operations, market positioning, and long-term growth of GovConnect.This is a Management Buy-In opportunity with meaningful equity participation and long-term responsibility for building and scaling the company as part of the LetShare Group.As Managing Director, you will lead GovConnect’s strategy and execution, transforming a strong product foundation into a scalable and widely adopted GovTech solution.You will work closely with the existing shareholders, founding team, and broader LetShare Group to align product direction, commercial strategy, and organizational growth, while maintaining GovConnect’s clear and dedicated focus on public-sector needs, procurement realities, and institutional adoption.This role requires an entrepreneurial mindset, strong execution capability, and a long-term commitment to building a serious, enterprise-grade company.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic LeadershipDefine and own GovConnect’s vision, mission, and long-term growth strategy.Position GovConnect as a trusted solution within the government and public-sector ecosystem.Business Development & Go-to-MarketLead public-sector sales strategy, pilot programs, and institutional partnerships.Navigate procurement processes, stakeholder alignment, and long sales cycles.Build strategic relationships with government entities, agencies, and municipalities.Product & Platform DirectionWork closely with product and technology teams to ensure the platform evolves in line with real institutional needs.Balance innovation with reliability, security, and enterprise-grade delivery.Operations & Financial OversightOversee day-to-day operations, budgeting, and performance tracking.Ensure sustainable financial planning and scalable operating models.Team & RepresentationBuild and lead the leadership team as the company grows.Represent GovConnect and the LetShare Group with partners, institutions, and investors.
