Acting as a change driver, you will improve our global artwork management, project management and SharePoint environments to create the best foundation for innovation to thrive.In this role you willExecute the NPD process improvement projects that are part of our roadmap, ensuring alignment with our business goal towards seamless operationsAct as the Center of Excellence for project management, processes and systems within the Innovations departmentAnalyze, design and implement innovative processes, systems and structures to build a scalable and efficient NPD pipeline for example:Continuously improve the Artwork Management process and related toolingEnhance our Project Management tooling and ways of workingOptimize the use of our newly implemented SharePoint environmentStrengthen our USP (Product Messaging Development) process and supporting tools
