Position: Commercial Door Project Manager

We are seeking a detail-oriented, self-motivated, and experienced Commercial Door Project Manager to join our team. This full-time position plays a critical role in ensuring successful job execution from planning to completion, providing peace of mind through excellent communication, on-time performance, and quality work.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage commercial door, frame, and hardware projects from submittals to closeout

Coordinate schedules with field installers, vendors, and general contractors

Communicate clearly and proactively with clients, teammates, and vendors

Track budgets, change orders, and timelines for multiple jobs simultaneously

Ensure jobs are completed on time, within scope, and according to Premier standards

Provide documentation and updates for all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle

Collaborate with sales and estimating to ensure accurate quoting and planning

Maintain detailed records and oversee job files using our internal systems

Solve problems proactively and follow through to completion

Work closely with our operations team to schedule resources effectively

The Ideal Project Manager Can:

Lead construction projects with confidence and accountability

Understand and apply Division 8 specifications in real-world scenarios

Read architectural drawings and interpret specifications accurately

Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, installers, and teammates

Prioritize tasks and manage time across multiple active projects

Stay highly organized and detail-oriented, even under pressure

Use construction software and technology to track and document work

Identify problems early and take proactive steps to resolve them

Commit to working 40+ hours per week to meet deadlines and project demands
