Job description
We are looking for Prep Team members with prior professional kitchen experience that includes pro chef knife skills, and preparing, cooking & baking menu items from scratch.
Requirements:
3 years experience in a professional kitchen
Working knowledge of cooking methods and procedures, and chef knife skills
Understanding of food safety protocols and procedures
Ability to perform tasks with accuracy, speed, and attention to detail
Ability to follow written and verbal directions
Must be organized and self-motivated
Must be able to stand, bend, stretch, and lift, and carry 50lbs
