We make everything from our sandwich breads and hoagies, to breakfast pastries (including the danish and croissant doughs) to pies, cakes, cookies, and desserts, to the homemade ice cream. (Wow! I'm tired just thinking about everything!) So come work for a Pastry Chef that cares and has the experience to teach you. The position is to primarily make breads and cookie doughs. There will be some desserts involved as well.The more you want to do/ learn, the more opportunities you'll have. It’s a part time position 3-4 days per week about 18-25 hours with the possibility of more in the future or in other parts of the restaurant.
