The Role:
As a Barback, you’re not just behind the scenes – you’re a crucial part of the mixology spectacle, ensuring that our bartenders have everything they need to craft unforgettable cocktails.
What You'll Do:
-Support the bartending team by stocking, cleaning, and organizing the bar area.
-Ensure that all bar supplies, including glassware, mixers, and garnishes, are readily available.
-Assist in the preparation of garnishes and ingredients to keep the cocktail crafting process seamless.
-Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring it's a safe and welcoming space.
-Collaborate with the bartenders to ensure a smooth flow of service, especially during busy shifts.
-Embrace the challenge of delivering top-notch service in a dynamic rooftop setting.
Your Skills and Style:
-Your enthusiasm for mixology and hospitality is evident – you're excited to support the bartending team.
-Diligence and attention to detail are your hallmarks – you keep the bar running smoothly.
-Previous experience as a Barback or in a similar role is a plus, but we welcome candidates with a strong work ethic.
-You thrive in a fast-paced environment, maintaining grace under pressure.
-Strong communication skills ensure effective collaboration with the bartending team.
