We are looking for a dedicated cook to join our small, passionate kitchen team. This role is ideal for someone who values precision, seasonality and craft. You will work closely with the chef-owners and team to execute a changing menu with high attention to detail and deep respect for ingredients.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and execute dishes according to Crusco’s standards for taste, presentation, and technique
Work all stations as needed, with flexibility and professionalism
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen
Support daily prep and mise en place for service
Follow food safety, sanitation, and hygiene protocols
Communicate effectively with the team
Uphold a calm, respectful, and focused atmosphere in the kitchen
Qualifications:
1–3 years of kitchen experience in a similar or ambitious environment
A positive attitude
Ability to work efficiently in a small team and adapt in a fluid environment
A willingness to learn and grow
