We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Dishwasher to join our back-of-house team. This is a foundational role that keeps the kitchen running smoothly and safely. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, stays calm under pressure, and values being part of a supportive, professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Clean and sanitize all kitchenware, utensils, cookware, and dishes using a combination of commercial dish machine and hand washing
Maintain cleanliness and organization of dish area, including sweeping, mopping, and taking out trash and recycling
Support kitchen prep as needed (e.g. peeling vegetables, portioning, or assisting line cooks during service)
Follow all health and safety guidelines consistently
Communicate clearly and respectfully with other team members
Help close and reset the kitchen at the end of service
Requirements:
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
A strong work ethic and sense of personal responsibility
Punctuality, reliability, and a team-oriented attitude
Experience in a commercial kitchen is a plus, but not required—we’re happy to train the right person
