Looking for a leader to handle scheduling, inventory and ordering, as well as maintaining a clean kitchen. Its a small kitchen and crew maybe 6 to 8 people. We will be open 6 days a week, so two days off should be easy to achieve. Small high volume Italian restaurant with a solid following. Room for growth and creativity.
