A retreat center near Asheville, NC is currently looking for a chef who is capable of cooking vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free cuisine. Some experience with juicing would be helpful. This is a part-time position with shifts mostly on the weekends, with some occasional weekday shifts.
Applicants should feel comfortable cooking alone for groups of 8-25 people and constructing a menu and shopping list for their meals. The amount of shifts vary with the season. This is a great place to work, peaceful working environment, beautiful location, and wonderful community.
